Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse
ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟਚਾਰ ਬਿਚਾਰ ਜੇਤੇ ਜਾਨੀਐ ਸਬਿਚਾਰ ॥
All the pious thoughts of the world known through the medium of knowledge.
स्रिसटाचार बिचार जेते जानीऐ सबिचार ॥
ਆਦਿ ਦੇਵ ਅਪਾਰ ਸ੍ਰੀਪਤਿ ਦੁਸਟ ਪੁਸਟ ਪ੍ਰਹਾਰ ॥
They are all within that Infinite Primal Lord of maya, the Destroyer of mighty tyrants.
आदि देव अपार स्री पति दुसट पुसट प्रहार ॥
ਅੰਨ ਦਾਤਾ ਗ੍ਯਾਨ ਗਿਆਤਾ ਸ੍ਰਬ ਮਾਨ ਮਹਿੰਦ੍ਰ ॥
He is the Donor of Sustenance, the Knower of Knowledge and the Sovereign revered by all.
अंन दाता गिआन गिआता सरब मान महिंद्र ॥
ਬੇਦ ਬਿਆਸ ਕਰੇ ਕਈ ਦਿਨ ਕੋਟਿ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਉਪਿੰਦ੍ਰ ॥੧੭॥੧੯੭॥
He hath Created many Ved Vyas and millions of Indras and other gods.17.197.
