Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse
ਦੁਸਟ ਹਰਨਾ ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਦਯਾਲ ਲਾਲ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ॥
The Beloved Merciful Lord is the Vanquisher of the tyrants and the Creator of the Universe.
दुसट हरना स्रिसट करना दिआल लाल गोबिंद ॥
ਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਪਾਲਕ ਸਤ੍ਰ ਘਾਲਕ ਦੀਨ ਦਯਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਦ ॥
He is the Sustainer of the friends and the slayer of the enemies.
मि्त्र पालक स्त्र घालक दीन दयाल मुकंद ॥
ਅਘਉ ਡੰਡਣ ਦੁਸਟ ਖੰਡਣ ਕਾਲ ਹੂੰ ਕੇ ਕਾਲ ॥
He, the Merciful Lord of the lowely, He is the punisher of the sinners and destroyer of the tyrants He is the decimater even of death.
अघौ दंडण दुसट खंडण काल हूं के काल ॥
ਦੁਸਟ ਹਰਣੰ ਪੁਸਟ ਕਰਣੰ ਸਰਬ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲ ॥੧੪॥੧੯੪॥
He is the Vanquisher of the tyrants, giver of strength (to the saints) and the Sustainer of all.14.194.
