Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse
ਦੀਨਬੰਧੁ ਪ੍ਰਬੀਨ ਸ੍ਰੀਪਤਿ ਸਰਬ ਕੋ ਕਰਤਾਰ ॥
He, the adept Lord of maya, is the friend of the lowly and Creator of all.
दीन बंधु प्रबीन स्रीपति सरब को करतार ॥
ਬਰਨ ਚਿਹਨ ਨ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਚਿਹਨ ਅਕਾਰ ॥
He is without colour, mark and sign He is without mark, sing and form.
बरन चिहन न च्क्र जा को च्क्र चिहन अकार ॥
ਜਾਤਿ ਪਾਤਿ ਨ ਗੋਤ੍ਰ ਗਾਥਾ ਰੂਪ ਰੇਖ ਨ ਬਰਨ ॥
He is without caste , lineage and story of descent He is without form, line and colour.
जाति पाति न गोत्र गाथा रूप रेख न बरन ॥
ਸਰਬ ਦਾਤਾ ਸਰਬ ਗ੍ਯਾਤਾ ਸਰਬ ਭੂਅ ਕੋ ਭਰਨ ॥੧੧॥੧੯੧॥
He is the Donor and Knower of all and the Sustainer of all the universe. 11.191.
