Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse
ਗਿਰੈ ਰੁੰਡ ਮੁੰਡੰ ਭਸੁੰਡੰ ਅਪਾਰੰ ॥
गिरै रुंड मुंडं भसुंडं अपारं ॥
ਰੁਲੇ ਅੰਗ ਭੰਗੰ ਸਮੰਤੰ ਲੁਝਾਰੰ ॥
The trunks, the heads and the trunks of elephants began to fall, and the chopped limas of the groups of warriors rolled in dust
रुले अंग भंगं समंतं लुझारं ॥
ਪਰੀ ਕੂਹ ਜੂਹੰ ਉਠੇ ਗੱਦ ਸੱਦੰ ॥
परी कूह जूहं उठे ग्द स्दं ॥
ਜਕੇ ਸੂਰਬੀਰੰ ਛਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਮੱਦੰ ॥੪੦੬॥
There were terrible and shouts in the battlefield and it appeared tehat having been intoxicated the warriors were swinging.406.
