Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse

ਚਹੂੰ ਓਰ ਘਿਰਿਯੋ ਸਰ ਸੋਧਿ ਸਿਵੰ ॥

चहूं ओर घिरियो सर सोधि सिवं ॥

ਕਰਿ ਕੋਪ ਘਨੋ ਅਸੁਰਾਰ ਇਵੰ ॥

Having been besieged from all the for sides, held his arrow and flew into rage over the demons.

करि कोप घनो असुरार इवं ॥

ਦੁਹੂੰ ਓਰਨ ਤੇ ਇਮ ਬਾਣ ਬਹੇ ॥

दुहूं ओरन ते इम बाण बहे ॥

ਨਭ ਅਉਰ ਧਰਾ ਦੋਊ ਛਾਇ ਰਹੇ ॥੧੭॥

The arrows were showered so intensely from both the sides, that there was shade on the earth and over the sky.17.

नभ अउर धरा दोऊ छाइ रहे ॥१७॥
