Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse
ਅਮਰਾਂਤਕ ਸੀਸ ਕੀ ਓਰ ਹੂਅੰ ॥
अमरांतक सीस की ओर हूअं ॥
ਮਿਲਿ ਪੂਛ ਗਹੀ ਦਿਸਿ ਦੇਵ ਦੂਅੰ ॥
The demons caught Vasuki from the side of the head and the gods from the side of the tail.
मिलि पूछ गही दिसि देव दूअं ॥
ਰਤਨੰ ਨਿਕਸੇ ਬਿਗਸੇ ਸਸਿ ਸੇ ॥
रतनं निकसे बिगसे ससि से ॥
ਜਨੁ ਘੂਟਨ ਲੇਤ ਅਮੀ ਰਸ ਕੇ ॥੨॥
On seeing the jewels emanating from the sea, they became pleased as though they had drunk the ambrosia.2.
