Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Verse
ਕੋਪ ਕੈ ਚੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਚੰਡ ਚੜੀ ਇਤ ਕ੍ਰੁਧੁ ਕੈ ਧੂਮ੍ਰ ਚੜੈ ਉਤ ਸੈਨੀ ॥

कोप कै चंड प्रचंड चड़ी इत कु्रध कै धूम्र चड़ै उत सैनी ॥
ਬਾਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਨਨ ਮਾਰ ਮਚੀ ਤਬ ਦੇਵੀ ਲਈ ਬਰਛੀ ਕਰਿ ਪੈਨੀ ॥

बान क्रिपानन मार मची तब देवी लई बरछी कर पैनी ॥
ਦਉਰ ਦਈ ਅਰਿ ਕੇ ਮੁਖਿ ਮੈ ਕਟਿ ਓਠ ਦਏ ਜਿਮੁ ਲੋਹ ਕੌ ਛੈਨੀ ॥
She ran forward and struck on the face of the enemy and cut his lips just as the chisel cuts the iron.,
दउर दई अरि के मुखि मै कटि ओठ दए जिमु लोह कौ छैनी ॥
ਦਾਤ ਗੰਗਾ ਜਮੁਨਾ ਤਨ ਸਿਆਮ ਸੋ ਲੋਹੂ ਬਹਿਓ ਤਿਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਬੈਨੀ ॥੯੭॥
The demon had black body and the teeth like Ganges and Yamuna, together with red blood, all the three colour have taken the form of Tribeni.97.,
